On-demand

We would encourage you to use a hard line connection (ethernet cable) as opposed to Wi-Fi, as it is more robust. To comfortably watch the live stream without any buffering, you should use a hard line connection with a minimum download speed of 1mbps.

You can test your internet speed at www.speedtest.net.

You can watch the webcast with a lower connection speed, but you may experience buffering.

Please keep in mind that many things can affect internet speed. If you test your internet connection when not many people in your organization are using the internet, then you will have a better reading than at a time when everyone is online. For this reason, we recommend that you test your computer at the same time as the live event. In other words, if the next event is on Friday at 2 p.m. GMT, please test your computer on a Friday at that same time.
